Enrollment

 Our enrollment procedures are designed to ensure a smooth and efficient process for all families. Once you have decided to enroll, we ask that you complete our enrollment packet and return it to us with an $80.00 registration fee. The packet of enrollment forms, which includes a contract, ID information page, immunizations, acknowledgement of parent's rights, medical consent forms, and an affidavit regarding liability insurance, must be returned prior to your child's first day. We cannot allow children to start without these forms or their immunizations. At Christina's Learn and Play Daycare, the safety and well-being of our children is our top priority. As such, we require all children who are enrolled to have up-to-date immunizations. We are unable to allow children to enroll if their immunizations are not current. We take this policy very seriously, as it helps ensure the health and safety of all the children in our care. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in keeping our community healthy. 

To help your child adjust to the new environment, we recommend that you bring your child for a few visits prior to their first day. This will allow them to become familiar with Christina's Learn and Play and get to know Christina, making it easier for them to feel comfortable when they come for their first full day. We believe that this approach helps to create a positive and enjoyable experience for both the children and their families.

 To initiate the withdrawal process of your child's enrollment at Christina’s Learn and play, it is required that you provide a written 30 days notice to terminate care. Please note that during this notice period, you will remain responsible for the payment of any outstanding fees or charges
